Continuum 422 Events makes it easy to set event parameters and configure event details. In just a few minutes, you can create a new event from scratch and publish it to an interactive calendar on your institution's Web site.

Event reporting, communication and data sharing

To support event planning and execution, Continuum 422 Events generates event rosters, daily event reports and individual participant itineraries at the touch of a button. It also handles all event-related communication, from automated "thank-you" messages, to special request confirmations, to internal staff/student notifications related to appointments or overnight accommodations.

Event management tools also make it easy to replicate events across multiple dates and provide options for defining user security roles, storing common event characteristics, handling manual registrations, and creating a wide range of registration-related domain values.

Handle complex events and special requests

To help you manage more complex events, such as open house programs or orientation sessions, Continuum 422 Events allows you to define and offer multiple sessions within an event.
