Doug Wofford, President &
Chief Executive Officer,
has accumulated extensive
expertise in the areas of
enrollment management
operations, higher education
demography, market research
and computer information
systems. He has managed
successful technology-based
growth businesses including
Sequitur Corporation, a
higher education software
and consulting firm he
founded in 1989. Sequitur
was acquired by the College
Board in 2001 and Doug was
retained as Vice President
of Higher Education
Operations and Market
Development. During his
tenure with the College
Board, he presided over a
staff of 120 professionals
and increased revenues from
College Board technology
solutions from $38 million
to $52 million.
Over the course of his
career, Doug has also served
as a director of admission,
a researcher for the U.S.
Department of Education, a
director of information
services at a marketing and
communications firm and as a
software developer. He has
either consulted with, or
conducted workshops for,
more than 200 colleges and
universities across the
country on topics such as
strategic enrollment
management, the use of
research in marketing
strategy, information
technology for higher
education, and the
demography of higher
education. In addition, he
has written a number of
articles on enrollment
management, higher education
finance, marketing, and the
uses of computer technology
in publications such as College and University, The
Admissions Strategist,
and Capital Ideas. He
is a contributing author to
Financing Higher
Education in a Global
Economy. |

Keith Beindorf, Vice
President, Product
Development,
has accumulated 21 years of
experience in technology and
higher education
administration, including
senior roles related to
enrollment management,
information systems,
professional consulting and
technology project
management. He
has served as Vice President
of Product Development &
Support Services for
Sequitur Corporation, an
Atlanta-based higher
education software and
consulting firm, and as
Executive Director of Higher
Education Product
Development for the College
Board. Keith has also
developed tools and
methodologies to support
PeopleSoft Inc.'s
large-scale e-Business
initiatives within the
education market. These
initiatives included both
rapid and traditional
software implementations
with scalability to support
institutions of all sizes
and scope.
During the course of his
career, Keith has
successfully managed
development projects valued
as high as $25 million as
well as a broad suite of
technology products in both
self-hosted and ASP
environments. He has
extensive experience with
Web, client server and
legacy systems development,
implementations and
training; and has consulted
and/or managed technology
initiatives at over 70
colleges, universities and
secondary schools. He has
versatile experience
managing projects in several
platforms including Web
authoring, XML, Microsoft
.NET and numerous
Windows-based applications.
Keith has presented at
numerous educational and
technology conferences
including AACRAO, NACAC, the
National Small College
Conference, the College
Board Forum, PeopleSoft User
Conference and the annual
Sequitur- Microsoft

Jeff Arnold, Vice
President,
Marketing and
Client Development,
has 24 years of experience
in higher education and
marketing management,
including senior roles in
college admissions,
financial aid, university
relations, and market
development. He has
consulted with nearly 100
colleges and universities
related to marketing
communication, recruitment
strategy, and data analysis.
Jeff has served as Executive
Director of Higher Education
Marketing for the College
Board and as Vice President
of Marketing and Client
Relations for Sequitur
Corporation, an
Atlanta-based higher
education software and
consulting firm. He has
previously served as a
director of higher education
services for the College
Board, a director of
enrollment management and
university relations at Penn
State University, and as a
senior admissions officer at
both the University of
Pittsburgh and Duquesne
University.
Jeff has managed
sales and CRM
operations, guided
the development of
geodemographic and
predictive modeling
services, and
managed the
development of
branding strategies
for the College
Board. He has also
presented at
numerous enrollment
management
conferences
including NACAC,
AACRAO, the College
Board Forum and the
Harvard Institute on
College Admission.
He has authored
successful grant
proposals at the
national level and
published several
articles

Greg Perfetto,
Vice President,
Research &
Development,
is
among the best-known and
most experienced researchers
in the field of enrollment
management. With over 25
years of research experience
related to recruitment,
admission, financial aid
modeling, and student
retention, Greg has been
instrumental in the
development of validity
assessment, predictive
modeling and geodemographic
clustering tools and
services for the College
Board. Greg served for many
years as Associate
Provost for
Institutional
Research at
Vanderbilt
University and has consulted
widely with colleges and
universities regarding the
development of successful
tuition discounting models
and retention strategies. He
has also taught graduate
level courses at Vanderbilt in
experimental design and
statistics.
Greg’s
background in clinical
psychology, which includes a
private practice in
Nashville, also contributes
to his unique perspective on
the movement of students
through the enrollment
continuum. He has published
numerous articles on
enrollment management topics
and was the primary author
of the College Board’s 2003
publication Toward a
Taxonomy of Admissions
Decision-Making Process. |
