The principals who make 422 Group work for you bring an outstanding portfolio of on-campus experiences--including 70+ years of work in enrollment management, institutional research and university relations--to bear on the development of solutions that bring people together. These experiences inform and enhance 50+ additional years of experience with software development, business process engineering, human behavioral study, and technology resource management.

That's why we can say we truly understand your business and appreciate your goals.

He has either consulted with, or conducted workshops for, more than 200 colleges and universities across the country on topics such as strategic enrollment management, the use of research in marketing strategy, information technology for higher education, and the demography of higher education. In addition, he has written a number of articles on enrollment management, higher education finance, marketing, and the uses of computer technology in publications such as College and University, The Admissions Strategist, and Capital Ideas. He is a contributing author to Financing Higher Education in a Global Economy.
